"I have been a loyal customer at Dina Bryan State Farm Insurance office in Walden for over a decade. I don’t even know where to begin with my review. They are simply the best! Everyone in the office has always been more than helpful and attentive and gone over and above to serve my and my family’s needs. Most recently I had an accident and had never had to handle the “claims” process. My agent Jennifer and also Beth could not have been more helpful and accommodating! I could not have made it through the process without their attention to detail and help, literally on an almost daily basis! They made numerous phone calls and follow ups when I was not able to reach certain parties for necessary info and they personally went through, and helped me to file, all pertinent paperwork. The process and repercussions of the accident were very frightening and overwhelming for me. I was met at this office with bright smiles, attention to my personal details, and understanding from the second I walked in the door!! I highly recommend Dina Bryan State Farm Insurance for all your insurance needs!! I can’t tell you how many times the little jingle went through my mind…”like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!” They were and they are!!! Love them!!"

"Zero Stars! The worst State Farm office ever! I’ve been with State Farm for over 20 years. I moved to Dina’s office after Kurt Thoma’s office closed. They act all sweet and nice in the beginning and then they turn on you! They purposely Do Not return phone calls or fix mistakes they made! And when you need to cancel they refuse to cancel a policy!! I literally had to change agents to get my life and health insurance policies cancelled. Horrible! Do not go there!! I complained to State Farm corporate. State Farm is a great insurance company But they need to get rid of agents like this! People that work there keep leaving because they are mentally and emotionally unstable!! I am one of them and Thank God I am out of there! The managers scream in your face!!! It was very toxic. Customers keep leaving as well because they are horrible!! Run!!! I was a customer and an employee!!! Get your facts straight!! All the good reviews are the employees friends and family!! What does that tell you??? 😊"

"This is hands down THE WORST State Farm Location, I will start off by saying that when it comes to signing up they will be helpful to the max but anything after that this location is a complete nightmare. The manager that runs this location “Dina” is never in the office when you need help, every single time I’ve called for help she is never there BUT It was proven that, it’s a complete lie she just doesn’t want to work. This location has unlicensed employees pick up phone calls they take down your personal information leading you on to believe that That they are agents, once you have given them all your information they will tell you “ we will call you back” and they never do. I had called 3 days prior about a claim when I called back they had zero answers for me and acted as if I never even spoke to them. Like I stated before I gave them personal information and when I questioned why I was speaking to someone unlicensed I was given a numbered countdown as to why my question was stupid and was told “now you can wait on hold” and was placed on hold.. earlier in the call I was told that “Dina” the manager was working remotely, when I called the office back literally 3 minutes later “Dina” magically appeared and told me that my attitude was unfair. When I asked why I was told she was working remotely and now is in the office I was told it was “none of my business” I was spoken to sarcastically and in a mocking tone, to which I won’t be surprised after this review she will answer this in a condescending, Belittling way. Again, all of this because I questioned why someone that isn’t licensed is taking my information and misleading me to believe I will be helped by someone that is an agent. I have taken my business, HARD EARNED MONEY. Which means zero to this location to another place. If you want to sign up for State Farm this is the place for you, anything other than that DO NOT trust this place, you will be disrespected and made feel small for asking basic questions. The customer comes last in this place. Hopefully this helps some of you. And to any reply that this location leaves on my review. No thank you. You guys have zero class."
