"One of the best customer service experiences I have had in my life. I called the office and spoke with Jennifer Mendelowski. She was extremely informative and recommended some very good insurance products taylored to my specific needs. When I arrived in the office I received the warmest welcome from everyone! "When my car insurance was unexpectedly terminated, I turned to Dina Bryan's agency, where John Friend came to my rescue. He listened carefully to my situation and concerns, and then offered some options. Throughout the entire process, he was always understanding and efficient. "I have been a loyal customer at Dina Bryan State Farm Insurance office in Walden for over a decade. I don’t even know where to begin with my review. They are simply the best! Everyone in the office has always been more than helpful and attentive and gone over and above to serve my and my family’s needs. Most recently I had an accident and had never had to handle the “claims” process. My agent Jennifer and also Beth could not have been more helpful and accommodating! I could not have made it through the process without their attention to detail and help, literally on an almost daily basis! They made numerous phone calls and follow ups when I was not able to reach certain parties for necessary info and they personally went through, and helped me to file, all pertinent paperwork. The process and repercussions of the accident were very frightening and overwhelming for me. I was met at this office with bright smiles, attention to my personal details, and understanding from the second I walked in the door!! I highly recommend Dina Bryan State Farm Insurance for all your insurance needs!! I can’t tell you how many times the little jingle went through my mind…”like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!” They were and they are!!! Love them!!"
